Terms & Conditions — raja54

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service provided by raja54, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with raja54's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an account, whichever is earlier.

To register and maintain an account on raja54, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of raja54 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through raja54 or any other recognized gambling operator.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory as defined in Clause 1.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to notify raja54 immediately of any change to your personal details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

To use raja54's betting services, you must register a Member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The following restrictions apply:

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device.
• Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If raja54 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, household, or payment source, the Company reserves the right to suspend all related accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all Account Balances and Bonus Funds held in those accounts.
• Sharing accounts with other individuals is prohibited. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party.

raja54 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, particularly if the Company suspects fraudulent activity, duplicate account creation, or provision of false information during registration.

Members are responsible for all activities that occur through their accounts. raja54 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect Member data and transactions, but you are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to safeguard your account credentials.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not easily guessable and not shared with other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if this feature is offered within your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Regularly monitor your account transaction history for any unauthorized activity and report suspicious transactions immediately.

raja54 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on raja54 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Members may be subject to enhanced KYC verification for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited instantly.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal is Rp 500.000.000 for standard-tier Members; VIP Diamond and Black Diamond Members have no withdrawal ceiling.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP preferred), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie holding your ID document.
• All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before a withdrawal request can be approved. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and applies regardless of whether you have accepted any bonus.

raja54 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions ("Bonus Terms") that are displayed at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms.

General bonus rules:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover requirements" or "playthrough requirements"). The wagering requirement specifies the total betting turnover you must complete before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The exact requirement is stated in the Bonus Terms for each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain low-risk betting strategies may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Full contribution percentages are published in the Bonus Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period (typically 7 to 30 days), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a previous bonus will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting software errors, or engaging in coordinated betting to guarantee profit — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, voiding of related bets, and permanent account closure.

raja54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering contribution, and bonus terms interpretation is final and binding.

All bets placed on raja54 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is considered valid and binding once it is confirmed by the raja54 system and a transaction ID is generated. You are responsible for verifying that your bet has been accepted before the event or game begins.
• raja54 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if the Company suspects fraudulent activity, technical error, or if the bet was placed after the outcome was already known ("past-posting").
• Odds are subject to change without notice. The odds applicable to your bet are the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed when you first viewed the market.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds, stake limits, or payouts (a "Palpable Error"), raja54 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of Palpable Errors include misplaced decimal points, incorrect handicap lines, or odds that clearly do not reflect the true probability of the outcome.
• Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events are generally void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Sport-specific rules (e.g., for football, basketball, tennis) override this general rule where stated.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport, league, or event. raja54 does not recognize protests or subsequent amendments to results unless the governing body officially changes the outcome within 72 hours of the event conclusion.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in permanent closure of your account:

• Underage gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, e-wallets, or bank accounts; providing false identity documents; or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across multiple betting platforms to guarantee profit (while arbitrage itself is not illegal, raja54 reserves the right to limit or close accounts engaged in pure arbitrage with no genuine betting intent).
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to disguise location, or exploiting software bugs to gain unauthorized bonuses or advantages.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets without manual intervention.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw them without genuine betting activity, or using the Platform to obscure the source of funds.
• Abusive behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward raja54 staff, other Members, or third parties via live chat, email, or any communication channel.

raja54 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or identity theft — to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

All content on the raja54 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, software, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of raja54 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from raja54.
• Use any automated system (including robots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Platform or extract data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code underlying the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

The raja54 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja54 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions, errors, or defects in the Platform's operation;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network failures;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from use of the Platform;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall raja54's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account Balance during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

raja54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other Members;
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login or deposit for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination or suspension, all pending bets will be voided, and all Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any remaining Account Balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 30 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Closures requested as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are subject to the terms outlined in Clause 14 and on the Responsible Gaming page.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the raja54 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the Company's international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions — including the validity, interpretation, performance, or breach thereof — shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the licensing authority's dispute resolution body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

You hereby waive any right to bring a claim in a court of law or to participate in a class action lawsuit against raja54, except to the extent such waiver is prohibited by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
